Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the sick leave donation process, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with all parties involved.
  • Interpret and provide guidance on leave policies, procedures, and regulations to employees, managers, and HR Consultants, promoting a culture of compliance and understanding.
  • Approve ACT leave documents, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to leaves, providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Initiate and maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the leave process, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Recommend updates and clarifications to leave policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Present and instruct groups on the leave of absence process, promoting education and awareness among employees and managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of related experience required, with a strong emphasis on leave management, employee support, and administrative coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
