We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our Connected Products Group software product team as a Senior Product Manager, Software Platform. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the integration of Moen's whole home water ecosystem and drive innovation in software and hardware technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product plans for assigned initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver software features and products.
- Lead innovation and drive end-to-end launch of new products and experiences, working closely with hardware category managers and engineering partners.
- Serve as a software product owner on large scrum teams, guiding product functional discovery and design process based on user needs and technology.
- Partner with stakeholders and internal customers to inform product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment and drive improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a strong background in connected products and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in using Jira for issue management and report generation, with strong technical software literacy and experience with mobile technologies, connected devices, and cloud services.
- Strong working experience with both predominant mobile platforms (iOS and Android), cloud services, and connected devices (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) firmware, with a passion for building products that people love.
- Ability to grasp complex technology quickly, deal with ambiguity, and be flexible, with a strong working experience with solutions involving mobile technologies, connected devices, and cloud services.
