We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Director to lead our Primary Care service line at Fairview Health Services. Key Responsibilities- Strategic Implementation: Develop and execute strategic plans to advance the vision and strategic directions of Fairview Health Services.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders, including physicians, employees, and external partners, to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Financial Management: Provide financial expertise and advice to service line senior and operational management, and serve as a focal point for all service line analysis.
- Operational Leadership: Assure operational goals and objectives are obtained through the planning, implementing, and directing of programs, procedures, systems, and support personnel.
- Quality Improvement: Use quality improvement tools and techniques to assess workflow issues and make process improvements, and participate in the annual budgeting process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 or more years of leadership experience in a complex organization, including project management, collaborative decision-making, knowledge of healthcare, and process skills.
