Key Responsibilities- Lead the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other investment opportunities.
- Mentor and develop talent within the corporate development function, providing guidance and feedback to elevate performance and create growth opportunities.
- Develop and present materials outlining key analysis, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and the board.
- 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, venture capital, management or strategy consulting, or corporate development within a large organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong financial competence and analytical skills, with knowledge of relevant industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive forces.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with a proven track record of success.
