Job Title: Clinical Care LVN/LPN

Job Summary:

LanceSoft is seeking a skilled Clinical Care LVN/LPN to join our team. As a Clinical Care LVN/LPN, you will provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems. You will also educate patients on health and wellness, and provide support and guidance to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care, including taking vital signs, performing phlebotomy, and administering immunizations and injections.
  • Assess patients during intake and perform diagnostic tests, such as EKG and Retinopathy screening.
  • Perform Point of Care testing, including COVID testing.
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for patient care.
  • Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record.
  • Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
  • Pass the FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training.
  • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.

Licensure/Certifications:

The LPN/LVN must have a full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.

Education:

Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
