Job Summary:
Procyon TS is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 production support for Java, J2EE-based applications
Lead a team of 10-15 members as a Production Support Lead
Collaborate with application support teams to ensure high availability of deployed solutions
Monitor and troubleshoot applications to resolve issues
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for defects raised and Pareto analysis
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the support experience

Requirements:
6+ years of experience in technical support, with a focus on Java and J2EE applications
Expertise in ITSM tools like ServiceNow and PLSQL
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers
Experience with monitoring and reacting to system events and end-user/business requests
Familiarity with DevOps operations tools like Splunk, Nagios, and Kibana
