We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.
Key Responsibilities- Assist registered nurses in the provision of dialysis treatment to patients
- Perform vital signs and document patient data
- Collect blood samples and prepare specimens for shipment
- Assist with patient education and support
- Perform clerical duties as needed, including filing, lab requisitions, and data entry
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Dialysis Technician Certification or equivalent required
- Current CPR certification required
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
