Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. in St. Louis Park, MN.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs and patient observations
- Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet, with comfort working around blood and needles
- Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
