Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita's Minneapolis Uptown Dialysis Center. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients with end-stage renal disease.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Measure and record patient statistics, observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
- Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance patient care and clinical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
