We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Pilates studio to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales and operational functionality in the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and drive multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail sales
  • Lead grassroots marketing and networking efforts to attract new clients
  • Implement a sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience

  • Enforce studio policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-based and results-oriented with a competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Solid writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized with proficiency in data management
