Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their stretching journey
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our studio, promoting membership and retaining current clientele
  • Manage client care, delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, attending educational presentations and workshops as required

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility, with a love for boutique fitness environments
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment
  • Fitness certification and a professional work ethic, with a commitment to reliability and attendance
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour, with opportunities for additional income through sales and outreach
