Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Coordinator to join our team in Louisville. This individual will be responsible for coordinating new projects, supporting sales by creating and managing forecasts, and developing standard operating procedures for order processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new projects to support the expansion of product offerings and customer solutions.
  • Create and manage forecasts based on customer orders.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures for order processing to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, order management, or customer service environments; experience with ERP systems (SAP or Axapta) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
