Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at WGNSTAR, a leading provider of building maintenance and janitorial supplies. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to drive growth and expand our market presence in the building maintenance and janitorial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the building maintenance and janitorial sectors to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and target potential clients to showcase our products and services.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively position our solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in building maintenance or janitorial supplies.
  • Strong understanding of the building maintenance and janitorial supply industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation as this position will be traveling to local customer sites within NC 2-3 days per week.
