Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team at Hiester Automotive Group. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you will play a critical role in providing a world-class experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new and used car sales presentations and assist them in vehicle selection based on their needs
- Respond to all incoming online and phone leads in a professional, well-spoken, and timely manner
- Generate and schedule appointments by reaching out to prospective customers and managing inbound leads to qualify and market to potential customers
- Record accurate notes into our Customer Relationship Management software
- Communicate effectively with sales personnel to assist customers interested in selling or trading a vehicle

Requirements- Strong writing skills for writing business correspondence
- Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality
- Professional appearance and attitude required, and must be reliable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets
- Must have a valid U.S driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer service recommended
Closed every Sunday
Monday-Friday Schedule Varies
Alternating Saturdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
