- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or sales; paint industry experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
