Service Center Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Consultant to perform various duties, including greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing guidance and assistance. The ideal candidate will assist Collision Estimators, handle drop-offs, and arrange customer transportation while effectively communicating with customers, clients, and vendors.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, with sales experience a plus
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
  • Pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks

  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including lifting objects over 50 lbs
  • Passion for learning the collision industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
