About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Serenity Healthcare, LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in helping patients heal using our innovative TMS treatment approach.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Assist patients with the TMS treatment process, including coaching and support
  • Participate in our paid TMS training program to develop expertise in treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient satisfaction and success
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Three years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
