CAMCO Property Management is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee multiple condominium and homeowner's associations in Philadelphia, PA.

This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. The ideal candidate will have expertise in community management, specifically in condominiums, and a strong understanding of property management, project management, time management, and customer service.

The successful candidate will provide management, direction, and support to align properties with association and CAMCO goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Effectively managing time to balance multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Staying up-to-date on state regulatory agency statutes and community documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Overseeing property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time.
  • Fostering professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors.
