Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate is a key member of the BevMo team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and performing various duties to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported in their shopping experience.
  • Sales Floor: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly merchandised and easily accessible to customers.
  • E-commerce: Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
  • Warehouse: Clean and organize the warehouse, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
Requirements
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Driving Results: Motivate yourself and others to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Process Management: Contribute to making the company's workflow more effective, efficient, and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Education & Experience: Must be 21 years of age; retail, e-commerce, or warehouse experience preferred.
Compensation

Gopuff/BevMo pays employees based on market pricing, with pay varying depending on location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.

Bellingham, WA: $15.74
