About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Tailored Brands Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide world-class service
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
  • Assist with visually merchandising, setting up, and other store-related projects
  • Handle cash register transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales volume and metrics goals
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-obsessed mindset
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new programs
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
