Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate is a key member of the BevMo team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction
  • Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and drive sales growth
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including BevMo's ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App
  • Pick and pack items for e-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to make recommendations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Education & Experience
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Retail, e-commerce, or warehouse experience preferred
Pay
  • Gopuff/BevMo pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on location
  • Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area
