We are currently in search of a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to become a vital part of our Civil Engineering and Land Services Division. This full-time role comes with a comprehensive benefits package and numerous opportunities for advancement.

As a key member of our team, you will engage in a variety of projects, including site development, water supply systems, wastewater management, stormwater solutions, and other civil engineering initiatives. With a team of 130 skilled professionals, you will have the chance to oversee significant projects while also exploring various aspects of civil engineering that align with your interests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute civil engineering designs, including technical documents such as plans, reports, calculations, specifications, and estimates.
  • Prepare site plans, municipal permit submissions, and construction documentation.
  • Develop proposals detailing the scope of services and estimated time and costs for project completion.
  • Coordinate design teams, communicate with clients, and manage construction contracts as necessary.
  • Experience in public presentations and securing necessary regulatory permits and approvals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Encourage teamwork through strong interpersonal skills and mentorship.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance and Control processes for projects.
  • Engage in marketing and client relationship management activities.
  • Manage tasks and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
  • Over ten years of relevant technical experience and/or training.
  • New York Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AutoCAD preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
