We are currently in search of a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager to become an integral part of our Civil Engineering and Land Services Division. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

As a motivated professional, you will engage in a variety of projects, including site development, water supply systems, sewage management, stormwater control, and additional civil engineering initiatives. Our team of 130 experts provides the chance to oversee large-scale projects while allowing you to explore various aspects of civil engineering that resonate with your interests. Collaboration with a diverse group of technical professionals across multiple disciplines is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and produce civil engineering designs, encompassing plans, reports, calculations, specifications, estimates, construction details, and other technical documentation.
  • Prepare site plans, municipal permit applications, and construction documentation.
  • Draft proposals that outline the scope of services along with time and cost estimates for project completion.
  • Organize and coordinate design teams, communicate with clients, and manage construction contracts as necessary.
  • Experience with Planning Board presentations and securing necessary regulatory permits and approvals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Encourage teamwork through strong interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Oversee Quality Assurance and Control review processes for projects.
  • Engage in marketing and client relationship management efforts.
  • Manage tasks and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant technical experience and/or training.
  • New York Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 annually, with weekly payments based on experience and qualifications.
