Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Data Entry: Enter product data into our E-commerce system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Packaging and Shipping: Package and ship products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
