Job Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Welcome visitors and clients, providing them with accurate information and assistance.
  • Maintain the office's scheduling system, coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Handle mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members as needed, including filing and data entry.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized, creating a welcoming environment.

The estimated salary range for this role is $35,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive hourly wage with opportunities for performance-based bonuses, comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off and flexible work schedules.

This position requires proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a professional setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor are essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively are also necessary.
