Grow Sales

You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and canvassing within your set territory to manage current clients as well as develop new business. This will involve identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

You will be responsible for conducting safety walkouts with our field employees and reviewing safety check-lists to ensure that safety protocols are being upheld. Requirements

This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Total Rewards

As a Sales Representative at Tradesmen International, you will be eligible for an annual salary with uncapped commission, a monthly auto reimbursement, company matched 401(k), paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, short term disability, and voluntary supplemental life insurance.
