Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company safety policies and procedures, and that all regulatory requirements are met.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of spare parts and materials, ensuring that they are properly stored and maintained.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities, including metrics on productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
