Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as project supervisor and team leader of center-wide preventive maintenance, contract monitoring, and fleet management for all facility/fleet issues.
  • Troubleshoot, perform, and supervise all maintenance and repair functions for facilities.
  • Monitor all facility/fleet-related budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
