Job Title: Child Development Specialist

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.

About the Role:

We are dedicated to enriching the lives of children on the autism spectrum through our innovative care model. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission-driven approach to care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's rigorous standards.
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification.
Requirements:
  • Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program, with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training).
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive.
