Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume kitchen setting
  • Strong communication skills, ability to stand for extended periods, and capability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Attention to detail and comfort in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using various kitchen equipment
  • Accurately portion products and adhere to recipes
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean workspace
  • Perform effectively in a high-volume setting
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • Flexibility to assist in ensuring smooth restaurant operations as needed
