Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead and manage HR functions in our manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes in a manufacturing environment and be able to drive the organization's HR strategies effectively.

The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, manage employee relations, administer performance management systems, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and contribute to HR strategies that support the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure the hiring and integration of qualified manufacturing talent.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Administer and enhance performance management systems to ensure employee development and organizational growth.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and manufacturing-specific compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role, with manufacturing industry experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and manufacturing-specific employment regulations.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
