Job Summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations at three scattered Senior Living properties. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of interior and exterior spaces to identify maintenance issues.
  • Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
  • Perform groundskeeping tasks, including trash removal, snow shoveling, and lawn care.
  • Assist with cleaning and janitorial requests as needed.
  • Repair and replace windows, screens, and locks as required.
  • Troubleshoot and repair appliances.
  • Document maintenance activities and communicate with management on a daily basis.
  • Perform unit turnovers and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
  • Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to physically inspect properties and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call emergencies.
