Job Summary

ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of three scattered Senior Living properties. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience and exceptional customer service skills.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment, as well as communicating with the manager on daily work orders and providing status updates.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance and repair principles, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Communicate with the manager on daily work orders and provide status updates
  • Assist with unit turnovers and prepare units for new residents
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including testing emergency systems and equipment
  • Respond to on-call emergencies and provide timely assistance
Requirements
