Facilities Director

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to lead our client partners at Saint Joseph College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term operations of the campus, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the implementation of the Campus Master Plan, ensuring that all facilities are aligned with the college's strategic goals.
- Provide senior-level direction for all major facilities projects, including maintenance, renovations, and construction.
- Interview, train, and develop staff to ensure succession planning and a high-performing team.
- Lead initiatives to standardize operations, maintenance, renovation, and construction, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all facilities.
- Manage operating expenses, construction projects, and major renewal and replacement projects, securing funding as necessary.
- Establish and enhance facilities goals and objectives, allocating resources and controlling operating expenses to ensure efficient operation of all departmental functions.
- BS in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- Knowledge of Hard FM, trades, and disciplines, including energy management.
- Proven success in providing innovative, out-of-the-box strategies to complex issues.
- 5+ years of previous director experience in Fully Integrated Facilities Management in a large, complex university or hospital environment.
