About the Role

This is a full-time hourly phone position that offers a unique blend of remote and on-site work. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Assist customers with a range of needs, from account balance inquiries to withdrawals and transfers
  • Develop and hone your skills through training and coaching
