**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead individual projects related to process and system development in the talent management field, driving business growth and improvement.
**Requirements**
- Completed degree in International Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SuccessFactors or in the field of personnel development, with a strong understanding of technology and IT systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
