Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Product Advisor. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, replenishing and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a positive customer experience
  • Answer questions and provide product information
  • Process payments and handle customer refunds
  • Assist with store upkeep and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for most of the shift. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic individual with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
