Assemblage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Assemblage Specialist to join our team at Hubbell Power Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating assembly/testing machines in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring quality parts are produced at the required production rates.

• Operate assembly/testing machines to produce quality parts in accordance with customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments to mold machine equipment/machinery.
• Perform 100% trim and inspection, identifying and segregating scrap.
• Complete daily paperwork, including Hr x Hr charts, counting, and packaging parts.
• Maintain safety, quality, production, and 5(S) housekeeping standards.

• Produce quality mold parts using various molding process systems.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
