About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Podcast Partnership Operations team as a Podcast Partnership Operations Specialist. This role will play a critical part in supporting the growth and success of our podcast network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project deliverables to drive business performance and growth
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure seamless project execution
  • Onboard and execute partner contracts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Regularly review analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven analytical skills with experience working with data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with audio content, systems, and measurement tools such as Megaphone, Omny, Google Analytics, and DOMO
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Prior experience in broadcast radio, digital audio streaming, or audio engineering
  • Prior experience in project management or other highly operational roles
