About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our store, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our members and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by performing routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms and floors.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company environmental sustainability programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the maintenance and upkeep of the store.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $24.00.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
