Position Overview
We are looking for a mid to senior-level attorney with 5-8 years of experience in Labor & Employment law to enhance our dynamic practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employment litigation, administrative issues, and provide client guidance across various employment law areas, including ADA, ADEA, Title VII, and Title IX.
Exhibit strong academic credentials, a solid work ethic, and the capability to independently manage a diverse workload.
Demonstrate excellent research and writing abilities, with the capacity to perform under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
5-8 years of pertinent experience in labor and employment law.
Experience with class and collective actions and wage and hour disputes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
