- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident care and activities.
- Supervise and train staff on dementia approaches and activity programs to enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of our CSL Signature Service Programs to Sweet Memories and Assisted Living residents.
- Ensure compliance with state-mandated Assisted Living Facility regulations.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding resident involvement in activity programs.
- Associate's degree in a healthcare field or certified activities professional by a recognized accrediting body.
- At least 1-2 years' full-time work experience in an activities program in an adult care setting or similarly related experience with specialized memory care.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to work effectively with technology and maintain or assist in maintaining our SMILE family engagement/calendar creator platform.
- Valid driver's license to transport residents to activities.
