**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our team in the Hendersonville, TN market. The ideal candidate will have strong communications skills, a positive and outgoing personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Research and identify events and shows within our assigned territory

• Negotiate contracts with event vendors

• Attend BNI and chamber meetings to establish relationships and promote our brand

• Book an annual calendar of events and shows to maximize our presence

• Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators to showcase our products

• Schedule demonstrators to work events and ensure a seamless experience

• Coordinate booth and display setup and teardown to ensure a professional appearance

• Set appointments for free in-home consultations at events and shows

• Collect contest entries and follow up with winners to schedule consultations

• Measure and report results to optimize our marketing strategy

**Requirements:**

• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple events and deadlines

• Ability to coach, train, and motivate others to achieve sales goals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
