Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetician to join our team at RELIVE Health Hendersonville. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, marketing the brand, managing aesthetic leads, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

* Provide thorough consultations to evaluate client suitability and formulate treatment plans.
* Educate clients on aesthetic services and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
* Maintain a high level of service quality and efficiency in task management.
* Represent the brand at community events and foster genuine connections with clients.
* Encourage positive client experiences and engagement on social media platforms.
* Showcase commitment to continuous improvement and industry expertise.
* Utilize communication tools effectively for client management and booking appointments.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and consistency in brand representation.
* Provide clear pre and post-care instructions and perform follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
* Maintain a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
* Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements related to aesthetic procedures.
* Collaborate with colleagues to address complex cases and ensure adherence to HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications:

* Aesthetician license.
* Medical electrologist license.
* Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.).
* Exceptional teamwork skills.
* Possess cosmetic laser certification or ability to complete.
