Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist Lead to join our team at Corewell Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for coordinating technical and support personnel, ensuring efficient and safe patient flow, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily work schedules of staff and monitor patient schedules to optimize efficiency and patient care.
  • Assist leadership in achieving site and system objectives, including maintaining ACR accreditations and Joint Commission standards.
  • Train new staff and perform annual competencies on scan techniques and Advance Processing Workstation applications.
  • Participate in interview processes and assist with candidate selection.
  • Perform duties of general CT Technologist as needed to support efficient patient flow.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program.
  • 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred, with advanced/3D scanning experience a plus.
  • Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and additional CT certification required within 1 year of hire.
