CT Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at Corewell Health. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT exams, utilizing appropriate imaging equipment, and providing high-quality images for interpretation.

• Verify patient identification and physician orders
• Provide procedural information and education to patients prior to each exam
• Acquire accurate patient histories and document in medical records
• Perform CT and related patient care procedures using age-appropriate methods
• Operate CT imaging equipment and perform quality control and quality assurance testing
• Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety
• Ensure STAT requests are relayed to radiologists in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Use hospital computer systems for verifying orders, viewing schedules, and sending information to PACs

• Graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program
• 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Additional CT certification required within 1 year of hire
