Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan. This role is responsible for ensuring and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of Oncology or Medical Surgical Tele/Ortho acute care hospital nursing experience preferred.
  • Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor acute care hospital nursing experience highly preferred.
