Job Description

Fun Town RV is seeking a highly skilled Warranty Claims Administrator to join our team. This role will involve managing warranty claims, processing paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This position offers a competitive salary of $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing warranty claims from initial receipt to resolution;
  • Processing warranty paperwork, including claims and documentation;
  • Communicating with customers to ensure their warranty needs are met;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and changes in warranty policies.

You will also be required to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Strong administrative skills;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
