Job Summary:
As an Automotive Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and following up on warranty claims. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

About the Role:
This position involves processing warranty paperwork, keeping track of factory recalls, and arranging for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor. You will also assist with body shop warranty claims and reconcile all warranty receivables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process warranty paperwork and verify criteria required by the factory or distributor.
  • Keep abreast of all factory recalls and announcements.
  • Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmit all rejected claims promptly.
  • Assist with body shop warranty claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to obtain payments.

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with domestic and imports automotive warranty systems.
  • Experience with automotive parts (identification, inspection, classification of component groups, etc.)
  • Overall automotive vehicle knowledge.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
