About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with our restaurant management team to ensure that every guest receives a Gold Standard dining experience on every visit. This includes:

  • Greeting guests with a smile and building rapport with regulars to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Promoting a fun and positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication
  • Ensuring that drinks are poured accurately and delivered promptly
  • Verifying each guest order for accuracy when entering into the POS and completing transactions
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years old and have a valid ID
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move/lift boxes up to 60 lbs
  • Able to work variable hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Adhere to Smashburger uniform policy and successfully complete training program
  • Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by Smashburger and local regulations
